Harvey is an AI assistant that helps customer support teams to work faster and smarter by automating some of the manual and repetitive tasks. Harvey uses natural language processing (NLP) to analyze customer messages and suggest relevant email templates, as well as to identify and close conversations that get reopened due to non-actionable thank you responses. Harvey is part of Hiver?s Gmail-based helpdesk capabilities that also include shared inbox, email tags, collision alerts, analytics and reports.
